The EzBook 700G Series, released in 1998, is comprised of two laptops which would have had completely different motherboards. One is a fairly standard K6-2, and the other used the Cyrix MediaGX processor. The 700G used the same case as the EzBook 700E, but with light gray plastics instead of black plastics.
There were two sub-models, the V92A300 (AMD) and the V92C266 (Cyrix). These laptops are labeled on the bottom as a EzBook 700G Series, but the CTX website calls these models the V Series. The exact model number is only listed in one spot - the start of the serial number.

Nearly every 700-series EzBook I've seen show up on eBay has broken hinge mounts at the base of the laptop. These will need to be repaired or reinforced in any 700-series EzBook to keep the hinges working. Most of those also had the hinge covers missing as well.
Unfortunately, I have no more info other than this.
Nothing here yet. If you own a 700G and would like to send photos in, please reach out!
