The PowerBook 165c has no electrolytic capacitors on the logic board. The display, inverter board, and trackball have some through hole electolytic caps on them. These don't always fail, but replacing them is not at all a bad idea as they can sometimes leak.

It's basically impossible to find a replacement for the 8.2uf 80v caps. Substituting 10uf 80v caps works fine.
