I'd recommend recapping the 1400c at this point, if you're confident in your soldering abilities. They don't always need it yet, but they can occasionally leak or cause problems. I found one leaking capacitor while recapping my 1400c.
I'd recommend buying smaller diameter replacements for the 100uf caps to make it easier to solder the new ones in. There isn't much clearance with the original size.
