The Latitude V710 is a Celeron-based laptop released in 2002. It was not sold in the US, instead being sold in Japan, and possibly other foreign markets. That I'm unsure of.
The V710 was a mostly fixed configuration machine, similar to the SmartStep laptops. You could option some things, but Dell recommended going with a different Latitude for detailed customization. It was essentially just a Latitude version of the Inspiron 2600.
