The CTX EzBook 300/400 Series were the first in the EzBook line of laptops. They were released around September 1994 and had 486 processors.
There isn't much documentation on these laptops online right now so there's a good bit of missing info on these. What I do have came from various print materials in old archived magazines.
CTX had no consistent way of referring to these laptops. As far as I know, they're just labelled as a "CTX EzBook" and nothing else. CTX originally just called them the EzBook in print materials as well. Later on, they went by many names, including EzBook 486 Series and EzBook 400 Series. Still, many conflicting materials exist. I've gone with 300/400 Series on this site for a couple reasons. First, "400 Series" was the final name CTX chose and put on their driver downloads for these - at least, I THINK so. The 300 comes from the later print ads I've found for these, which showed the lowest end configuration's model number as 350D. There's a conflict here as well though, as another ad from a reseller I found uses the 350D model number next to a high end config. So much confusion to sift through just to come to even an unsteady answer to this.
