The Quadra 630 was one of those weird mid-90s Macs that used a 4.5V Alkaline block battery instead of the 1/2AA Lithium that others did. But of course, being Alkaline, these still leak, just as bad! Get it out of there!
The 630's logic board has a bunch of surface mount electrolytic capacitors on it, and they will always leak and start slowly eating away at the logic board. They will need to be replaced. Head on over to the resources page for this model for a link to capacitor reference information for this model.
Old Mac PSUs are failing more than ever before nowadays. Usually it's bad capacitors, but sometimes other stuff goes too. If you have a dead 630 PSU, give it a recap and see if that brings it back, then replace if necessary.
