The Power Macintosh (later Power Mac) computers were Apple's high-end PowerPC systems from 1994-2005. It replaced the Quadra series and was replaced by the Mac Pro series.
- 601-based - Includes the 6100, 7100, 7200, 7215, 7500, 8100 and 8200
- 603-based - Includes the 4400, 5200, 5260, 5300, 5400, 5500, 6200, 6300, 6400, 6500 and 7220
- 604-based - Includes the 7300, 7600, 8500, 8600 and 9500
- G3 - G3 Power Macs include the following models: G3 Tower, G3 Desktop, G3 All-In-One and G3 Blue and White
- G4 - G4 Power Macs include the following models: G4 Graphite, Quicksilver, and Mirror Drive Doors (MDD)
- G5 - G5 Power Macs are just the G5s. There were no major design revisions in that error, only spec improvements.
