The Macintosh Classic II was introduced in 1991.
You can put up to 10MB of RAM in a Mac Classic II, installed in 2 30-pin SIMM slots.
See our page on SCSI Solid State Devices for more info.
The Mac Classic II doesn't have any PDS or NuBus card slots, and it also doesn't have an upgradable processor. It was a very simple Mac, and as such, not many fancy upgrades were designed for it, unlike the SE/30 and other Compacts.
