The WinBook C200 is a Celeron M/Pentium M-based budget laptop that was released in November 2004.
If you're looking to find one to buy, you'll probably see them listed as WinBook 8081s, not C200s. 8081 was the model number of the generic laptop they're based off of, the Mitac MiNote 8081.
