The Veridata Cybernote 953E ("Enhanced") is a Socket 7-based generic/ODM laptop that was released in mid 1998.
Veridata at this time was owned by CTX International. The vast majority of CyberNote 953Es as such are those that were sold by CTX as the EzBook 700E.
However, some generic units were sold, and I've also seen one branded by some company called "TIME".
