The Toshiba T2100 is an 8086-based luggable/laptop that was released in March 1986. It was positioned as a lower-end alternative to the 286-based T3100. This model was only sold in Europe and Australia. Toshiba indicated in late 1986 that they would bring this model to the US market at some point, but did not need to at that time as they still had a large backlog of T1100 and T3100 orders to fill. It seems that by the time they would have been ready to launch this model in the US, they had newer systems ready to release instead.
The 1986 T2100 is not to be confused with the 486-based T2100, which released in 1995.
