Smart D&M (also known as Smart-Tec) was a tiny and short-lived Taiwan-based Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) who manufactured laptops and LCD monitors. They likely started making laptops in 1994 (that's when their first FCC record is). Their website (smart-tec.com.tw) has wayback machine archives going back to 1999. The company seemingly went out of business in 2000 or maybe 2001 (when their website went down). Out of all the 90s ODMs, Smart D&M is probably the one I have the least information on.
