The Northgate ZXPortable is a 486-based laptop released around February 1993. It was manufactured by LG.
They shipped with either grayscale passive matrix displays or color active matrix displays. Either screen option could come with either a 486SX or 486DX processor. The DX option was a $350 option. They had dock connectors, and one of the docks included 3 ISA slots, a 1.2MB floppy drive, and an additional 5.25" bay. This dock cost $599.
