Nan Tan 9400

Nan Tan 9400

The Nan Tan 9400 (aka the FMA9400) is a 486-based generic/ODM laptop that was released shortly after July 1994. This was Nan Tan's first laptop with a built-in CD-ROM drive.

I've never actually seen one of these for sale, but I can be pretty much certain that this laptop is the Nan Tan 9400 because it showed up as "model 9400" or similar in multiple print ads where every other laptop in the ad was a Nan Tan.

This laptop was sold as the following laptops by the following brands:

Here's various print ads and other photos I've found of this laptop. If you actually own one of these, please consider sending in some photos that I could put up!

Sager and ProStar print ad. Every other laptop here is a Nan Tan/Kapok.
