The Nan Tan 3600 (also known as the FMA3600) is a Pentium-based laptop, released around May 1994. This is the earliest Pentium laptop that I know of, and may in fact be the first Pentium laptop ever made. It was one of only two laptops to use Socket 4 processors, with the other being the Twinhead Slimnote P5.
This laptop dates as far back as April 8th 1994, which is when it passed FCC, but the first time I could find it in print was in May 1994, when FOSA was selling it as the AP 3600.
They're quite large (and weigh 10 pounds), and have a cooling fan in them, which was very uncommon for the time. They also do have built-in sound, so they're not a bad choice for a DOS system if you can find one that has an active matrix screen.
This model was sold by a few distributors. Prices were in the $3000-4000 dollar range.
