Welcome to the KDS Homepage on MacDat!
KDS Computers was a subsidiary of Korea Data Systems, a manufacturer of mainly display technology. For a short time, just from 2000 through 2002, they sold a line of laptop computers in the United States. Their most successful models were the Valiant series, which would at first appear to be manufactured by KDS themselves, although I don't believe this to be the case. I'm fairly certain they were made by Sotec, although it's also possible that TriGem was the manufacturer. Their other laptops were all subnotebooks, each made by different manufacturers.
