Jetta International, earlier known as Jetta Computers Co. LTD, was an ODM/OEM laptop manufacturer based out of New Jersey, with Taiwanese connections. They were founded in 1991 (or 1989, depending on what version of their website you look at...), and later purchased by Source Code sometime in the mid 2000s. They continued operation under Source Code's ownership until sometime around late 2016-early 2017 when their website began to redirect to sourcecode.com instead.
Jetta started off manufacturing their laptops in-house, but had transitioned to being a distributor for other ODM manufacturers by the late 1990s.
Very little information on these laptops remains online, making researching and preserving info on these laptops difficult. Luckily, a good bit of info on them was saved on the Wayback Machine via their websites, jetta.com and jettaus.com. While their website now redirects, their file/driver FTP server is actually still online as of February 2024, and was backed up in 2015 to archive.org as well.
