The Jetta Notebook NB-3133 is a 486SLC-based laptop computer, released in 1991. Jetta manufactured their own laptops during this time, but this particular one was made by a different company called Honotron Corporation, which only made two laptops according to their FCC records.
There was zero mention of this laptop on the internet until a forum thread on VCF popped up about it. It has a non-US keyboard, so it's possible that Jetta only offered this model in Europe. Due to the lack of information, I am missing many of the specifications.
