The Jetbook B3 is a 486-based laptop that was released in 1993. I've so far only seen this laptop old magazine reviews and print-ads, which all called it the "Jetbook 486DX/33". Through process of elimination, this must be the Jetbook B3 referenced in Jetta's FCC records. I'd guess that the model number on the bottom of one of these is probably "486B3DX-33", or possibly just "486DX-33".
This laptop was sold under Jetta's own Jetbook brand (through a number of distributors), as well as being rebadged and sold by other companies. Below is a list of such laptops which are Jetbook B3s:
