The FIC 6100 is a Pentium MMX-based laptop that was released in May 1998. Likely just a spec-bump of the 6000 Series.
It was sold as the NEC Australia Discovery 713L (and probably was also sold by many others), and may have also been known by FIC as the "Birch-Plus".
FIC's page on this one 404'd or otherwise didn't work in the Wayback Machine, but I still managed to find specs here. This is only one configuration though, so it will likely sold with other CPUs at the very least.
