The FIC 3500 is a Socket 5-based laptop that was released in 1996. This laptop supports the period processors from Intel, Cyrix, and even AMD's K5, making it one of the most versatile laptops from the time in terms of CPU support. The only other laptops I've seen with K5 support are a couple from Kapok.
This model was rebranded and sold as the Everex STEP Note Plus (which is branded as the 3500 Series on the laptops themselves). FIC also sold the laptops directly under their LEO DESIGNote line, also as the 3500.
