The Dual VDA-9570 (also known as the ERA-3170) is a Socket 370-based generic/ODM laptop that was announced in October 1999, with production scheduled to begin in November.
It supported Socket 370 Celeron processors, along with BGA Celeron "Dixon" processors, which were apparantly installed via an adapter into the 370 socket.
