The M90's NVIDIA Quadro GPU is affected by "bumpgate", and as such is highly prone to failure. Every M90 video chip is faulty in this way and will eventually fail with enough use. As the chip itself is defective, reballing it will not fix it. The best way to extend the lifespan of the GPU is to ensure that it is running as cool as possible. If you have an M90 with a failed GPU, a reflow can temporarily bring it back to life.
