The Compal TS38 is a 486-based generic/ODM laptop that was released around June 1993. It shares the same design as the later and much more common TS30A, but uses slower processors and lacks a sound card.
As a generic/ODM laptop, the TS30V was sold under a variety of names. Below is the current list of brands known to have sold them.
