The Compal TS34X is a 486-based generic/ODM laptop that was released in 1992.
Like most Compal laptops, there were several versions of the TS34X (such as the TS34XC-25) which mainly seem to vary in what processor they used.
The photo on this page is from an eBay listing and is the CompuAdd version.
As a generic/ODM laptop, the TS34X and variants was sold under a variety of names. Below is the current list of brands known to have sold them.
It is entirely possible and likely that these were available with more options than what I currently know of.

These laptops suffer from brittle plastic, which causes the chassis to crack around the display hinges. Epoxy will be needed to reinforce one.
The TS34X's CMOS battery, like other Compal laptops from this time, is a 3-cell NiCad Varta battery that is soldered to the motherboard. This battery is very prone to leaking (although not quite AS bad as the later NiMH Varta batteries), and should be removed ASAP. The laptop functions fine without the battery.
