Chicony SN8660/SN8660C
The Chicony SN8660 is a 486-based subnotebook that was released in 1993. The SN8660C is exactly the same, except it has a color display and a different video chip. You can find some photos of this laptop here.
Per that thread, they use the same charger as the Epson ActionNote 500C, which is P/N PSA-4645C. These supplies are still readily available on eBay.
These laptops were rebadged/resold by Ambra (SN425 and SN425c), Canon, and AJP (486 Subnote).
