Chicony NB5

Chicony NB5

The Chicony NB5 (also known as the NB5D) is a 486-based laptop that was released in 1994. I don't have all the specs for this one right now, so if you own one, I could use your help. It appears that a version of this laptop was able to have the rear display cover removed to allow for it to be used with an overhead projector.

As a generic/ODM laptop, the NB5 was sold under a variety of names. Below is the current list of brands known to have sold them.
