The Chicony LT5400 is a 386-based luggable that was released in 1990. It has a Gas Plasma display and only runs off of AC power. This unit does have an internal ISA slot that could be used to add a sound card, and it also has VGA graphics, making it a decent option for DOS gaming (in theory).
It was sold under Chicony's own brand name, along with being sold by other vendors, one being Trans PC Systems, who sold it as the LAPFAX.
