The Chaplet iLuFA 820 is a 486-based generic/ODM laptop that was released in 1995. They were essentially a 486 version of the much more common iLuFA 860, which used Pentium processors. Based on this, I'd assume that like the 860, the 820s are labelled as "Model 800", under which it will say either Type 820C for passive matrix models, or 820T for active matrix models.
