Chaplet iLuFA 580SX

The Chaplet iLuFA 580SX is a 486-based laptop that was released in 1995. It is a rebadged MiTAC 4023, which is interesting, given that Chaplet, like MiTAC, was an ODM who manufactured their own laptops. Some sources online claim this laptop was developed as a joint-venture between the companies, however, I don't know whether or not this is true.
