WinBook C200 pages added and a bunch of collection page updates.

Mostly just page styling updates today. Got nearly every WinBook page converted, and did a whole round of updates to my collection pages, both updating styling and info. Also added a few diameter values to the PB3400c cap reference.

Nighttime Update 1 - 7/30/2023 - ~1:30 AM EST

This first installment of nighttime updates has a new manufacturer added to the laptop portal - Jetta International. I've got a couple of specific model pages up now, and you can expect further additions over the next few days.

One other note - the site download page will not be kept fully up to date during nighttime updates - I've updated it today but probably won't for every single new release.
