Compaq LTE Lite/25C
I fully repaired this laptop, recapped the LCD, got it working great. It's perfect - except that the LCD is developing vinegar syndrome and needs the polarizer film replaced. Until then, it stays in laptop quarantine.

Maintenance Performed Since Acquisition (in chronological order)
- Internal inspection and routine maintenance (removed NiCad reserve battery, replaced CMOS battery)
- Recapped LCD
- Melted cracked plastic near base hinge mount back together and added epoxy to reinforce
